Job Description :
1. Searching resumes on various portals like Naukri, Monster,
2. Screening candidates,making call including those provided by Employee Referrals or various Consultants.
3.Short listing candidates after initial screening and coordinating with the Management for the final rounds of interviews
4.Doing Reference Check with candidates previous employers.
5.Final selection of the candidate by being part of final interview, salary negotiation etc.
6.Releasing Offer Letter / Appointment Letters, and Follow-ups with the candidates till their joining
Preference is given to an candidate who had handled the volume hiring for the international BPO for back office ,
