Excellent spoken English communication skills
Voice based process and involves night shifts
Ability to handle people courteously and effectively in difficult situations
Customer service oriented skills
Basic understanding of Internet
Any Graduate /Diploma Holder.
Excellent Spoken and written communication skills.
Flexible to work in shifts
