Customer Service Executive - Contact Centre
Acquire knowledge on HSBC products and procedures
Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries
Skills Required:
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to interpret and handle complex numerical data
Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
Good keyboard skills
Flexibility to work in shifts
Academic Qualifications: Graduation/12th pass certificate
Years of Experience: 5 years of experience. Freshers are welcome to apply. BPO experience can be added advantage
