Eligibility : Any graduate/MBA with HR (B. Tech Background preferred)
Mandatory Technical Skill:
Handling end-to-end recruitment
Should have excellent knowledge in Job portals and Social networking recruitment
Understanding and analyzing the requirement of clients for different levels
Monitoring/Handling the Client requirements on a regular basis
Coordinate with the technical panel throughout the interview process and following up for the feedback
Follow-up on the offer acceptance and date of joining
Flexible in terms of location
