Required skills:
Should be Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
Should be willing to work in a voice process
Responsibilities:
Working as customer support associate voice process
Would be handling inbound and outbound calls
Shift:
Should be willing to work in shifts (24/7 environment)
Qualification:
Any Graduate (min. 15 years education)
Candidates with BE/ B.Tech degree with less than 60% are also eligible
Experience:
JL 2B - 0 to 17 months
JL 2A - 18 months and above
