1) Handle general customer queries on products and route them to appropriate department.
2) Help and troubleshoot customers on Install Windows OS.
3) Help and troubleshoot customers on Installation of Office.
4) Help and troubleshoot customers on Activation of Windows OS and Office.
5) Troubleshoot basic Windows OS and Office applications.
Any Graduate Fresher / Exp, Undergrad with min 6 months of ICC experience with Good Communication Skills. Joining Immediate. US Shifts.
