When the Global Service Centres (GSC) was established in 1999, the main focus was to provide off shoring opportunities and solutions to the shipping and logistics business units of the Maersk Group, particularly for Maersk Line. We are hiring "Graduate Freshers" for our back office in Airoli .
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed KPIs by performing error free work and adherence to deadlines
Achieve productivity targets so as to improve the overall performance of the team.
Adhere to planned shifts
Accurate update of task status in Workflow tool
Prompt and effective response to email system
General reliability as a team member
Provide suggestions for internal process improvements
Provide support and guidance to new staff
Achieve/exceed targets of service delivery
Handling day to day communication with stakeholders
Learn and execute BCP tasks, if applicable
Assist in adhoc projects in line with organization focus
Ensure no fines or penalties are imposed, prevent claims
Provide suggestions to improve efficiencies
Participate in internal team meetings and contribute with ideas/suggestions for overall improvement of the operations business unit.
