Job Description :
This opening is for our Center of Excellence - Mobile at Chennai.
Candidate should have 6 + yrs of overall IT experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience building Android / IOS / Hybrid mobile applications in enterprise mobility space.
Knowledge on Blackberry development is an added advantage.
Strong J2ME experience.
Have a high level of design skills and a broad understanding of various technologies.
Strong understanding of MVC and Object Oriented development concepts.
Good communication (verbal & written), interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Knowledge on Agile Development Methodology, Good team mentoring skills.
Desired:
Hands - on experience developing native / hybrid applications in at least one of the below mobile technologies ( AND ) Working knowledge in another , in the Enterprise Mobility space.
Android - Activities , Fragments, AsyncTasks / Threads, Layouts , Services , Broadcasts , Callbacks , Media/ Animations/ gestures/ sensors.
iOS - Storyboards , Autolayouts, ARC , Custom Protocols , Notifications , GCD , Operations , Provisioning , Media / Animations / gestures / sensors.
Mobile web / hybrid - HTML5 , jQuery , CSS3 , MVC , AJAX , Rich UI development.
Strong understanding of commonly used design patterns , MVC and Object Oriented development concepts.
Well versed in custom UI design , Persistent Storage model , consuming SOAP / RESTful web services , asynchronous operations & callbacks , and debugging skills.
Ability to perform in- depth code reviews , and architect an application / solution end-to-end.
Ability to provide estimations based on different delivery models.
