Job Description:
The HR Delivery process owner is responsible for tactical leadership, management and mentorship for the research staff across assigned program(s). This position is responsible providing the SME required for the team and driving the desired program outcomes

Roles and Responsibilities:
Resource management and work load assignment
Provide SME to the team on the use of “best-of-breed” sourcing strategies, utilizing an optimal combination of job boards, databases and response management, to source resumes
Perform daily review on team production
Proactive identification of issues and problem solving
Follow-up with the client to drive timely feedback
Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate in the team
Provide status reporting of team activities against the program goals (daily/weekly/monthly)
Review and understanding on client expectations and implement solutions
Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team and appropriate follow-up

Key Performance Indicators:
Team performance against production target
Team performance against hire targets
Team performance against agreed upon client SLA’s (timeliness & compliance)
Exp: 3~5 Years

Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in Analytics/MIS
At least 3 years experience in Project Coordination
At least 3 years experience in Recruitments knowledge
At least 3 years experience in Team Handling experience
English: Fluent

Preferred
Master's Degree in Business/Management
At least 5 years experience in Analytics/MIS
At least 5 years experience in Project Coordination
At least 5 years experience in Recruitments knowledge
At least 5 years experience in Team Handling experience
