We are looking for Technical Recruiter - APAC Region
Job Description -
Will be responsible for full cycle recruitment projects from requisition initiation to sourcing, to acceptance of offer and final placement for both Permanent & Contractual positions for APAC Region .
Should have worked closely with the Practice Heads, Business Unit Heads and other Key Managers in APAC Region to develop annual / quarterly hiring plans in line with the approved business plan, execute the same and achieve desired results which are in conformance to the internal customers needs. Acted as the SPOC for BU/Accounts.
Develop appropriate channels to meet the recruitment numbers for the business and also to ensure a market competitive cost per hire.
Deftly handling a wide gamut of core recruitment functions involving volume hiring (through Vendor Channel / Consultants), Employee Referral Programs, Job Boards, Linkedin and Internal Job Postings.
Complete understanding of the various policies and employee benefits for selling and promoting the Organizations Brand in order to fetch-in the best suitable candidate.
Should be Hands on and able to manage end to end delivery from Offshore.
Passionate about Technology recruitment with a proven track record.
Desired Skills & Experience -
MBA or Graduate
5 plus years of experience working for IT recruitements in APAC Region.
Should have experience working for a Corporate Industry.
