Opening for BPO Recruiter for bulk hiring
Role:
Bulk / BPO hiring
Delivering,manpower asks on time within the agreed SLAs and at the desired quality levels in a dynamic BPO environment
Collaborative and proactive stakeholder management
Vendor management
Leveraging the appropriate source-mix for the hiring asks in keeping with the CPH targets
Building and maintaining proper MIS tools to have traction
Fulfilling good offer-joining ratio targets
Constantly endeavoring to bring innovation and best practices to the existing hiring models
Skills required:
Expertise in fulfilling bulk, high voice-based manpower asks through different sources in International BPOs.
Ability to handle multitasking and operate in ambiguous and dynamic business environments.
Proven stakeholder management experience where cross-vertical/functional collaboration is important.
Strong knowledge of the local market.
Hands-on with working on technology-driven hiring tools.
Team management (preferred).
Proven ability to manage vendors to support hiring
Preferably Required candidate staying in Pune or ready to relocate to Pune.
