Job Description :
Ensure all offers are processed with 100% correctness of offer issued
All offers are processed as per TAT
Ensuring & Coordinating with Corp HR that eligible employee should get their ESIC cards
Ensuring that all branches have their S& E certificate
Ensuring that all branches have displayed the same
Ensuring that the state are managing the same accordigly.
Ensure updation of leave in web before pay roll processing
Ensure that all SHs update leave, resignations, salary hold in the web & complete payroll accurately on time
Updation of new joinees in the PIMS
EC & other new joinee information communication
Maintenance of Joining kits & and employee related documents
Process all transfer requests as per the TAT
Ensure that all the confirmation / performance appraisal should be initiated on time & followed up for the complition
Ensure to receive the exit checklist with in 2 days of LWD and ensure on follow up of all recovery cases
Ensure all PF claims are checked and submitted properly within 30 days of resignation.
Ensue that all the data pertaining to recruitment & new joinee should be updated
Ensue that all the data pertaining to dispatch of the mentioned should be updated
Ensue that all the data pertaining to resignation (Month wise) should be updated
Ensure that all employee queries are responded within 24 hours
