Primary Responsibilities:
Administration of Variable Pay Plans and Bonuses
Support C&B department to resolve any compensation issues and queries and manage escalations
Gateway to employee records in C&B tool: Creating / Modifying employee records in the tool
Performing monthly audit of data updated in the tool
C&B Database/Documents Management
Salary recommendation for New hires : Analyze the compensation of existing employees and refer approved Salary Grid, study the profile of the candidate and Job description and recommend suitable compensation for the new hire
Monthly MIS: Prepare monthly MIS and dashboards
Preparing other C&B related analytical reports
Support C&B department in Annual Salary increase exercise
Support C&B department in benchmarking Profile and skill wise Industry Compensation
