Needs to understand complex feature thoroughly and be able to write test plans for such features
Needs to contribute for the quality assurance of the products / releases
Needs to mentor junior team members or other team members
Needs to work closely with internal / external team members as part of release activities
Needs to simulate customer deployment scenarios as part of QA
Needs to perform system testing activity as part of minor / major releases.
