Job Description :
Job Description: Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Responsible for proactively managing calendar(s); scheduling and/or coordinating logistics for requested meetings; maintaining office area including space needs, coordinating office moves, new-hire integration, equipment procurement and maintenance
- Coordinating department quarterly, organizing department and/or group meetings and events
- Responsible for SharePoint* web publishing
- Performing various administrative and project-related activities in support of an individual or group varying in size.
- Organizes and manages calendar schedule(s) for manager and/or department; makes travel arrangements and prepares expense reports
- Maintains office supplies; manages departmental recognition, tracks headcount and spending; serves as an information resource and/or communication channel for policies and procedures; and is a resource for office related software applications.

Qualifications

- Extensive knowledge and demonstrated application of Outlook*, SharePoint* (WSS*) maintenance, Word*, PowerPoint*, and Excel*
- Proficient in Windows NetMeeting, LiveMeeting, MS Communicator and other Intel-specific tools (such as ePurchasing, audio bridge and conference room scheduling, My Expenses, My Learning, Storefront requests, Hiring at Intel/Taleo, and others)
- Ability to manage calendars, perform travel and meeting management
- SharePoint site creation and management skills.
- Ability to anticipate the needs and proactively own, manage and complete projects
- Excellent customer responsiveness and follow-through skills
- Strong attention to quality and detail
