Responsibilities:
First point of contact for all Global HR related Queries and also will be responsible in handling job change requests for an Employee.
Working towards the Employee centric approach.
Follow up on the existing cases and work towards the closure on the same.
Provide support through Phone & case management system.
Responsible for triaging the cases to the Tier2 team.
Skills required:
Good in Communication (Both Verbal & Written).
Good Experience working in Global Shared Services.
Ability to work in Global Shifts.
Good Team Player.
