Job Description :
Provide day-to-day configuration, monitoring, and support for specific aspects of IT infrastructure (network administration, system administration, unified communication etc.) to standards as applicableResolve systems, application, hardware and network trouble tickets. Track related IT issues, coordinate resolution and assist in driving issues to closure with strict Service Level Agreements being met at all times . Document and record steps taken towards resolution of an incident and add this to the knowledge database for future reference. Escalate high severity issues and chronic problems to appropriate management. Provide timely follow-through with customers and IT peers on IT service requests and tasks. Promote and adhere to Company's methodologies, policies, procedures and standards. Maintain a consistent high quality of work across all responsibilities. Perform other duties as assigned.
