- Graduate with knowledge of tech support with hardware certifi
- Hardware knowledge preferred.
- MCP / MCSE knowledge preferred.
- Hands on experience in installation and troubleshooting of different versions of windows desktop operating systems and Linux OS
- Knowledge in trouble shooting all hardware as well as connected software.
- Good Communications skills in English
- Customer service attitude
- Good Typing speed
- Should be able to multi-task Phone/Email/Chat
