Job Description:
Responsibility for driving manual and automation book of work
Leading manual and automation team in partnership with Test Manager
Hands on testing and supporting complex functional, integration and regression testing of Middle Office applications
Proactive identification of risks and providing solutions to mitigate those risks to Test Manager
Maintenance and reporting of test metrics
Interaction with dev teams, test managers, users and upper management
Helping in managing quality of testing
Mentoring junior team members; identification and improvement of their skills
Qualifications
At least 3 years of testing/QA experience test writing, planning, estimation and execution of Functional, Regression and Integration test cases for complex multi-tiered systems in Waterfall and Agile lifecycle
ISTQB/ISEB certification
