Job Description:
Under general direction provides technical support to customers, diagnosing problems, recommending workarounds, answering questions on function and usage of product via the telephone and/or Internet. Serves as primary support liaison between company and customer. Conveys customer feedback to product development staff. Possesses significant knowledge of company’s products used by customers. Responsible for managing customer expectations and project deliverables, and providing cross-functional escalation and communication.

Qualifications

Qualification Requirements:

Education:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent education and experience.

Experience:
1+ years industry experience working in a customer support role

Skills:
Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex enterprise security products.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Programming experience in C/C++ or C#
Familiar with other programming languages is required
Ability to write sample code to demonstrate SafeNet product functionality
Strong understanding of licensing technologies required
Experience in cryptography is desirable
Knowledge of software security implementations is essential
