Working: 5 days working (SAT/SUN Fixed Off)
Shift Timings: 5:30pm to 2:30am

Eligibility Criteria:
* 0 - 2 years of work experience
* Graduates only need to apply (B.A. / B.Com / BBA / BHM /B.Sc, BCA )
* No B Tech/ BE/ B Ed, LLB; No full time or part time PG courses allowed
* CORRESPONDENCE PG can apply
* Open to work in 24*5 shifts
* Good Communications Skills

Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities:

A single point of contact for internal and external customers for any inquiry or complaints (via phone and email)
Making inbound and outbound calls to internal and external customers.
Assigning customer issues to stakeholders and ensuring closure of the same by coordinating with regions
Tracking and ensuring all customer queries are handles within a stipulated TAT.
Documenting all contacts with regards to customer inquiries accurately.
Maintaining MIS for Customer Solution Center
Making outound calls for Lead generation activities.
Coordinating with all internal teams for complaint resolution.

Graduation is must with good communication skills.
