Desktop Support Skills
Good communication skills
Strong Knowledge in Windows XP and Hardware & trouble shooting & analytical skills
Sound Knowledge in OS, Troubleshooting skills in client based OS & applications
Knowledge in Windows server 2003 / 2008
Basic Knowledge on Network Routers / Switches
Experience on Anti-Virus client support
Standard & specific Application Installation & Configuration
Troubleshooting Hardware & Software Related Issues
Client Accessories Configuration Printer, Fax, Wireless Devices, etc
Operation Documentation & Knowledge Base Maintenance
