Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a graduation degree from a recognized university in India.
Age Limit
The maximum age for CISF Recruitment is 35 years as on August 1, 2018. For SC/ST candidates, there is a relaxation by 5 years.
CISF Recruitment: LDCE 2018 Exam
The CISF recruitment will be done through Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE). Candidates will get only three chances to compete in the LDCE.
Selection Procedure
Candidates must note that the selection will be made on the basis of Written Test, Physical Endurance Test, and Medical Examination.
The written test will be held via OMR based question paper
In the third stage, the physical measurement will be calculated
In Stage 4, the physical efficiency test will be held
In Stage 5, candidates will have to go through a detailed medical examination
The final selection will be based on the merit list
For General category: Candidates need to secure a minimum of 50 per cent marks
For SC/ST category: Candidates need to secure a minimum of 45 per cent marks
