Job Description :
Client Technical Support Associate

Technical Support: Diagnosis & resolving of the hardware & software issues.
The profile would also involve upselling.

Client Technical Support Associate - US Tech Support

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Work Experience ranging between 0 to 30 months.
Engineering/MCA Graduates with a minimum 6 months of International Tech Support Voice Experience may apply.
Graduates (BA, Bcom, Bsc, etc.) freshers with technical knowledge may apply.
Should be open to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
Good spoken English; Good Selling and Technical Skills.
Candidates with Customer Service background interested in Tech support can also apply
