Job Description :
The Recruiting Intern will be responsible for a major contribution to the recruiting cycle, which will include sourcing, evaluating, closing great candidates, and on-boarding all new employees.
Responsibilities:
Help support the entire recruiting process, including sourcing and screening candidates, managing candidate interviews, conducting background and reference checks, and administrating the on-boarding of all new employees
Source candidates for various company positions through cold calling, networking, posting on job boards, and other prospecting means.
Build and maintain external networks by proactively searching for active and passive candidates through networks and active sourcing.
Desired Skills & Experience
The intern candidate must possess the following qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), as well as strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
The ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
Strong time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Demonstrated critical and innovative thinking
Reliable, with the ability to follow through with tasks and meet deadlines
The ability to work as part of a team and work independently.
This is an Unpaid internship.
This internship will be for period of 2 Months.
