Job Description :
Involving in the requirement analysis, coding, design and development.
Work with other development team members to allow them to implement the designs, including design and code reviews.
Engage with key stake holders, internal and external, to understand the project and user requirements.
Generate appropriate design documents and other forms of documentation to clearly represent the solutions being created
Involve in Project Planning, Project Estimation, Project Tracking, should be able to handle / manage a team if required
Good Presentation Skills
Interact efficiently with the customers
"Overall 6+ years of experience in Java Struts, Springs, Hibernate, Core Java, JSF, Hybris & J2EE technologies,
Mandatory - Spring, Hibernate
3+ years of experience in design, development & implementation of project using Java, spring and J2EE technologies
Atleast 2 years of experience in design patterns, data modelling and architect
Experience in module design/frameworks/ code review
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in handling a team of 5-6 developers.
Onsite coordination, Requirements gathering, Design, Deployment, Users interaction
Interactions with the customer and client facing ability
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Interactions with the customer and client facing ability"
