Job Description :
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible to partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support multiple lines of business and ensure all steps of the hiring and selection process is flawlessly executed. You will frequently serve as the first point of contact for candidates, assessing their needs and addressing any questions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handling end to end Recruitment coordination which includesthe following:
Being the 1st point of contact for all candidates who come in for interviews to the office.
Conducting initial screening test and communicating the result to the candidates.
Coordinating interviews (personal & telephonic) with the respective interviewers/recruiters.
Preparing offer letters for the selected candidates.
Handling on boarding process to ensure the joining formalities are carried out smoothly
Coordination in other day to day HR activities
Eligibility
Graduate/UG
Experienced/Fresher Candidates with recruiting background would be given preference
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Good Communication
Willing to Travel within Delhi NCR
Should be open to work in any shift timing
