Job Title: Customer Care Associate
Role Overview:
Responds to customer service inquiries regarding company products, features and/or services. Maintains ownership of customer issues, directing customer to the appropriate agent when required. Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s). Works with various departments to meet maintenance services sales goals through constant process alignment. Works with customers and/or distributors to understand and document customer issues. May be involved in pre or post-sales or both.
Role Responsibilities:
Responsible for pre-sales and post-sales service to customers.
Facilitates customer order fulfillment.
Monitors and tracks issues to ensure accurate resolution.
Provides direct product/service advice and guidance to customers.
Anticipates problems and recognizes when to deviate from standard practices.
Candidate requirement:
Should be open to work in night shifts in a 24x7 environment.
Should have excellent communication skills in English.
Should be open to relocate to Hyderabad
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Graduates in any stream. (10+2+3)
Undergraduates with at least 12 months of international call center /18 months of domestic call center / 24 months of any other work experience full time experience.
Preferences:
Telephone etiquette skills and ability to articulate and simplify customer issues and solution.
Complex problem solving skills.
