HR Recruiter (On Delivery Rolls) for Premium Business Domestic BPO
Achieves staffing objectives by evaluating and recruiting job candidates; advising managers
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules, escorting applicant to interviews
Maintain constant communication with key stakeholders. Provide consultative support to managers and leaders.
Generate data and Prepare Report decks for various HR MIS like on boarding demographics report, footfall conversion etc.
