Job Description :
Des:Systems Engineer-avaya S8300 Server
Adhoc Activities - Carry out service requests changes on a formal request by the Customer for the covered Avaya equipments at location of equipment
Proactive Deliverables: -
Carry out the daily maintenance checks on the systems as per the daily checklist for the equipments covered
Take the standard backups of the Avaya/Nice products covered
Carry out the system audit and health checks on a monthly basis
Reactive Maintenance: - Monitor and report the system alarms. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues pertaining to IP phones, IVRS, POP UP etc.
Coordinate with AGCL-Avhan primary engineers / respective OEM engineers for faster resolution of escalated problems
Inventory management: - Maintaining an updated inventory sheet of the equipments covered
Site Documentation - Maintaining an updated site documentation sheet for the setup deployed at sites under coverage
Reports: - Collecting the following information on the activities carried out at site in the form of reports: - Daily / Shift Activity reports - Monthly (summary) reports - Quarterly reports
Periodic reviews: - Quarterly reviews to be conducted with the Client SPOC. These reviews would help in coming closure to the Client expectations with regards to FMS execution.

Desired:
Strong conceptual knowledge, analytical skill & Advanced level
Troubleshooting skill with relevant hands-on experience on AVAYA S8300 Server or above version, Media Gateway (G450 & G650), Definity System, BCMS, NICE, IVR, OBD (outbound dialing).
Candidate must have Trunk level troubleshooting skill.
Knowledge & Experience in Incident Management process (ITIL framework).
Preferably have relevant experience in incident management ticketing tool system (BMC Remedy, CODESK, eHelpline etc.)
Excellent written & oral communication skill.
Should be a very good TEAM PLAYER.
