Job Description:
IT Physical Operations

· Reduce breakdowns of IT equipments & improve preventive maintenance
· Ensure their team keeps inventory online by updating the centralized tool and tracking any changes / transfers
Timely completion of Technology initiatives (BU/Local), appropriate communication to user's on change, obtain user signoff & feedback
· Plan for appropriate technology refresh
· Participate in AOP by providing necessary inputs to BU

IT Security Processes & Policies

· Indepth knowledge of PepsiCo IT Security Policies & Procedures
· Awareness on current threats & vulnerabilities in their geographical influence
· Provide quick work-around to aid business continuity in case of unexpected failure of IT systems
· Periodic monitoring of logs and reporting incidents in their Bev and foods locations.
· Regular maintenance of IT Self-Audit Checklist & compliance of IT policies.
· Send timely reports to BU on virus infections, documentation of recovery, monthly checklist reviews & status on various security initiatives
· 100% maintenance of User Data & recovery procedures compliance
· Proactively safeguard IT systems & also communicate potential risks to users

Solutions and Application Support

· Ensure SAMNA and GTM Solutions deployment and support in their areas for Bev and foods both as PO1
· Provide first level support to key users
· Train & demonstrate S&D systems to key users
· Drive usage of S/W applications in close coordination with business
· Collate and provide MIS on secondary MIS system
· Collate and convey key user requirements to the BU IT Team and provide feedback to users on deliverables
· Understand customer requirements and accordingly coordinate with vendors to deliver uptime of all IT applications as per SLA norms agreed and circulated
· Wherever ASDOS distributors are being supported - work with central GTM IT team to migrate them to SAMNA Lite
· Coordinate with central GTM IT team for new project - field trials as and when launched
· Hand Held Asset coordination

End User Support

· Understand customer sensitivities and handle their requirements within the framework of business policies
· Obtain data from HR and various stake holders to maintain a clean database of employees and assets
· Maintain an online database of customer service / support calls and minimize repetitive calls & improve response times for both Bev and foods business
· Proactively communicate the SLA's & planned downtimes / outages to users


Experience and Education· Indepth understanding of Field IT operations· Good knowledge of Technology Infrastructure· 5-6 years IT field work experience· Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy levels· Strong organization and project management skills· Ability to assimilate & pick up new technical skills· Able to be able to coordinate with various locations and ensure delivery across both lines of businesses for their IT operationsSkills and Behavioral Attributes· Good communication, interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills· Strong project management and data interpretation/ analysis skills· Strong team player
