Job description:
Quality Analyst (QA) - Domestic Telecom Process
2- 3-Yrs experience in domestic Telecom process, preferably in Customer Care.
1+ year of relevant quality & call audit experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
Confident and self motivation attitude
Good process management skills
Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
The candidate should have excellent problem solving capabilities and lateral thinking skills.
Good Knowledge of Audit and Evaluation function
Analytical bent of mind
Ability to handle pressure and a natural go getter
Ability to lead associates and drive Quality culture
Understanding of the Business situation and capability to address issues
Patience while giving feedback, Open to change, Multi-tasking skills, Inter personal skill
Must be able to conduct audits for trainees during training and OJT (over and above floor audits)
Driving quality initiatives in the team
Willingness to travel for short/long trips basis demand of business situations. Handle Call Audits and Call Center Quality.
Take care of Attendance Management.
Responsible for Audit Accuracy & Quality Improvements.
Maintain KET Scores and Customer Satisfaction index.
