Job description:
Tech Mahindra Hiring for International Telecom Voice Office Process

Position: Tech Support /Sr. Tech Support International Telecom Voice Process at Tech Mahindra (BSG Division)

JD & Skill Set:

BE, B. Tech (with 1 year BPO experience), MCA, MCM, BCA and BSc (Other graduates with relevant BPO experience / knowledge can also apply)
0-2 years of experience in Networking projects / Technical Support
Role is providing voice based technical troubleshooting for telecom customers
Work Location is Tech Mahindra, Hinjewadi, Phase 3, Pune

Skill Set:

Excellent communication skills in English - both spoken and written & good presentation skills
Good knowledge of Telecom Infrastructure Technologies LAN / WAN / Routers / Switches / Hubs / Networks etc.
Acting as Single Point of Contact for customers for either reporting trouble or providing updates on existing Trouble Tickets
Should be comfortable in taking inbound calls / making outbound calls. Calls may be required to interact with End customers/Technicians/Other teams
Must be willing and able to work various shifts as assigned (such as nights, weekends and statutory holidays), based on business needs
Demonstrated ability to identify problems and situations, take appropriate action, implement solutions or escalate as required
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaboratively with other departments
Ability to review and analyze customer needs and provide appropriate client options/solutions
Ability to manage a demanding workload

Mandatory:
Should be open to working in shifts (including night shifts) & 24*7 working environment.
