Job Description :
Position: Sales Officer (MBA-Fresher -completed)
Role Definition:
* Owner of Complete Revenue Targets for the RDS/MD/Retail Partners (upto Gold) for Devices and Gears
* (GT): Sellthru = Sellin
* Responsible for overall Territory Business Planning & Execution
* End to end Market working with complete set of Customers / Retailers
* Complete ownership of all Business Systems & Processes execution for Territory assigned.
* Responsible for increasing Volume per outlet (VPO)
* Execution of all sales & marketing inputs.
* Bettering Competition in execution parameters.
* Ownership of Promoter Outlets and other business avenues.
* Ensuring adherence to Hygiene Parameters - WOD, MSS, VINO(Display), VPO.
* Adherence to timely Data sharing parameters as set by the Organization requirement
* Effective utilization and implementation of Automation initiatives.

Customer Management
* Build and manage partner (RDS/MD/Retail) relationships and gauge new opportunities.
* Responsible for managing customer escalations, customer problems, account conflicts and participate in important negotiations with key customers.

People Management & Development
* Enable competency development and capability building within the Organization.
* Responsible for RDS/MD manpower training, development, productivity
* Responsible for support to Promoter Network

Corporate Governance
* Lead by example in following code of conduct, corporate governance policies, & other Company policies and processes.
* Abide by the law of land.
* Play the role of HCL brand ambassador.
