Job Description :
HR Generalist (Jr. Executive) -On Contract for A leading US based IT company.
Handle end to end recruitment & selection
Handle employee engagement
Handle other HR activities like Induction, Training, Performance appraisal, Exit Formalities etc.
Experience as a HR Generalist will be preferred
MBA-HR/ MPM full time from known Institute/ college
Should have good communication skills
Should be willing to join for 1 year contractual role.
Preferably looking for a Male Candidate.
Note: If from consultancy or recruitment company candidate should be handling IT or ITES clients.
