Technical Support Profile:
Activities that candidates have to perform on a day to day basis:-
Work planning,( ticket assigning & change assigning, monitoring mail box).
Level 1 tasks (Monitoring Issues, Backup failure tickets, Disk utilization tickets, Memory utilization tickets ,Services down tickets. )
Multiple Level 1 activities."
Level 1 Monitoring daily back ups
Reporting (creation of reports)
Handling Incident and change tickets.
Mandatory Requirement:
Education should be: Graduates in BCA / BSC IT/ BCS only
Year Of Graduation: 2011 / 2012/2013 with minimum 60%
Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
Job Location: As of now Mumbai but should be flexible enough to relocate to any of our offices in India
Should be immediately available for joining
Should be ready to work in 24x7 environments
Should be open to work for any customer /technology.
