Customer service experience & Collections experience
Previous experience of IT systems (Full training will be provided)

Shifts : UK -(12noon-12 Midngt ), US -(6PM-6AM), AUS -(4am-4pm),Any 9hrs shift can be given.
Weekly offs : Sunday fixed off, second off may be split.
Qualification : Any Graduate/Tech Graduate/BBA/Under-Graduate/MBA
