Job Description :
Atleast 1 year Reconciliations / Accounting experience in ERP systems like SAP/Spiridon
Experience in Payroll / AP / AR / ICC Accounting processes will be added advantage
Good Communication skills
Demonstrated a good thought process in problem solving
Should be good in passing in journel entries
Forex related experience would be added advantage
Should be accouting graduate(B.com, Mcom, Bbm, MBA &BBA).
Performing and Reviewing the Balance Sheet Reconciliations Cross Sector / Cross Region
Continuous follow up and closure of pending queries
Regular update of tracker
Provide process improvement ideas and execute them on timely manner
Provide value additions to the Customers by questioning the status quo and thinking beyond
Make sure that team is handling the queries from time to time and answer few queries by oneself
Work with reporting manager and the business units to correct any issues with customer service delivery.
Monitor process quality and compliance with internal controls to ensure achievement quality audit standards
Achieve targets agreed with Customers & management
Other responsibilities and job content as later identified by reporting manager
Individual may be required to travel within India in order to document customer processes
