Job Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2-6 years

Job Description:
Monitor Social Media (Twitter, Facebook & other relevant sites) and resolve customer service grievances received through social media and actively participate in discussions across communities, social networks & blogs.
Liaising with various stakeholders in the Bank to ensure that customer complaints are resolved quickly and effectively.
Improving brand image on complaints and grievance handling mechanism.
Train colleagues on Social Media Lingo and ensure smart rebuttals without impacting the brand
Explore business opportunities and faster resolution time with appropriate closelooping with internal teams.

Minimum Graduate
Strong communication(written and oral) and writing background; experience blogging and/or editing (grammar buffs wanted).
Robust/active online presence and familiarity with social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Wordpress, etc.). Experience with online marketing
Eye for detail
Customer support background, worked on Radian and other social media tools a plus but not mandatory.
