You will work on a tool, where we focus on significantly reducing regression and root cause analysis time by providing information and correlation at your fingertip. The tool provides search and correlation over 100's of terabytes of unstructured (logs), semi structured (test) and structured (bugs, scm etc.) data, with a daily index churn rate of over a terabyte.

Key Qualifications:

Past experience in area of big and fast data. Should have developed and maintained solution with minimum of one Terabyte index and 100's of millions of entities in a NOSQL store.
Past experience designing distributed systems with millisecond latency while dealing with 100's of millions of entities.
Extremely comfortable building and developing complex algorithms and analyzing their performance characteristics, logic problems, systems design and core computer science principles - hash tables, stacks, arrays, etc.
Experience developing JEE application or using frameworks like Spring.
Very comfortable developing and working in Linux.
Knowledge / experience of agile development methodologies.
The ideal candidate will also process the following characteristics:
Strong problem solving skills and is result oriented.
Ability to deliver on aggressive deadlines and capable of executing to high-level guidance.
Ability to collaborate with other teams within and outside the organization.
Strong written and verbal communication skill including design documentation, proof of concept, and prototype analysis documentation.
Ability to quickly ramp up on latest technologies via open source or closed sources.
