Experience : 1-4 yrs  (Jobs for 1 year Experience)

Job Description :
Role & Responsibilities
Handling functional queries on Amadeus relating to reservation, ticketing, PNRs etc.
Handling the Technical Troubleshooting of calls related to Hardware and software problem of agencies.
Preparation of reports, offline Troubleshooting & Liaison with the customers.

Desired:
Requirement:

 IATA certification must
Amadeus knowledge is a must
Graduate/Post Graduate in travel.
Excellent communication skills and present ability.
