Job Description:
Ability to deal with specific Inbound/Outbound calls from U.K .customers and escalating them appropriately
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience & Collections experience is preferred
Need to be fully flexible for 5 day shift with 12:30 pm- 1 a.m.shift window.,any 9 hours shift
5 days working and 2 days off in a week; can be split or together
