Senior Associate - Technical Support
The candidate will be working in an inbound technical voice process Support for IT Infrastructure Client.
Support for IT Infrastructure Client, troubleshoot & resolve issues related to Windows Hardware, Printers, Enterprise Applications like Outlook, VPN, Blackberry
Basic computing skills
Certifications like MCSE/CCNA /PMI/ITIL are preferred
Good written and oral communication skills are required
Troubleshoot & resolve issues related to Windows Hardware, Printers, Enterprise Applications like Outlook, VPN, Blackberry
This would be call taking profile and resources must be ready to take inbound calls and provide client technical help desk support.
BSc/BCA/BCom/BBA/BBM/BA - (2013 Batch only with more than 50% across academics)
Basic computing skills
Should have Excellent Communication Skill
Willing to work in a technical voice process inbound process, Call taking profile.
Should possess 50% and above throughout academics
Should not have more than 2 year gap in academics
Willing to work in night shifts
Willing to sign 2yrs Service agreement ** Must have a Bachelors degree
Must have a stable career background
Excellent Communication skill
Willing to work in night shifts
Willing to sign 2yrs Service Agreement
