Job Description :
"Financial ownership of key cash metrics including collections amounts, bad debt reserve, NPR root cause analysis
Support data analysis and establish operating metrics and scorecards to review by zone on a weekly basis across the field and collections
ongoing roll-up of AR and collections results to senior financial analyst with operational data to provide visibility of financial results to the collections team as necessary
analyze and report non payment reason codes, collector performance, field collections efficiency, etc. on a regular basis
Power Point presentations on ad-hoc basis apart from reporting to drive analytics and messages on AR trends, performance, etc.
MIS Reporting, some training of credit risk analysts, quality checks

Desired:
Should 4 - 8 Years Experience in F&A domain
Should have experince General Ledger/GL reconciliation & Account Reconciliation Good communication Financial Analysis & Reporting, Financial Budgeting
Collections Credit risk/bad debt reserve
Exposure to Journal Entries
Amortization
Base cost reporting
Deferral and Revenue
Composite P&L
Reconciliation of asset/liability
Credit Analysis
OP/Recasts
Any exposure to Hyperion, Cognos, BOXI would be an good
Proficient in MS Office suite, specifically Access and Excel
Candidates who can join with a very short notice preferred
** Must have a Bachelors degree
Must have a stable career background"
