AVIONICS SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
Job Code: LR-Developer (to be mentioned in the subject line)
Activities:
The jobholder shall be responsible for the avionics software development activities (from Specification to Verification) for the Flight Warning System including:
Design and implementation of software
Unit testing of the software
Hardware and software integration
Required Domain Expertise:
Aerospace/Electronics/Electrical/Software Engineer preferably with experience in aerospace industry.
Required Technical Expertise:
Experience in Avionics Software Development and Verification
Working knowledge of DO-178B
Strong programming skills in ADA 83/95, ASM x86
Experience in working on test bench (usage of tools such as emulators, debuggers and logic analyzers)
Knowledge of LRU based avionics systems
Knowledge of communication protocols like Arinc 429
Working knowledge of Unix, VAX VMS operating systems will be an added advantage
Knowledge of Configuration Management and Change Management
