Job Location : Trivandrum Jobs
Experience : 2-5 yrs (Jobs for 2 years Experience)
Job Description :
1. Understand the deployment environment and the product configuration
2. Understand and handle product build and deployment process
3. Setup and configure development / test / production environments for various customers
4. Understand the current operational support process, document the process and follow the process for operational support activities
5. Understand the operational issues being raised, fix the issues, provide workaround where required and keep the stakeholders informed on the progress of the issue resolution.
6. Properly assess the technical issues, risks and concerns and escalate them to project leader
7. Analyse log files, write scripts, analyse performance issues and understand bottlenecks
8. Identify the key stakeholders for the system and establish a good working relationship with the stakeholders
9. Identify areas of improvement, discuss the suggestions with the stakeholders and implement the suggestions
10. Manage the certificate issuance for various stakeholders
Mandatory: 2-5 years of working knowledge in the following tools
- JBoss EPP 5.1/5.2
- JON Administration
- Apache web server administration
- Build and release management using Maven, Hudson and Nexus
- Maven plugin development
- Shell scripting and Linux commands
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Analytical and problem solving Skill
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good team player
Desirable : The following skills are desirable
- Knowledge of Java/J2EE development
- Experience in Oracle SQL
- Experience JIRA tool
