Budgeting & Forecasting Experts
The role involves:
Cost Control & Analysis
Financial analysis of Corporate center products, projects and resources
Preparation of the monthly rolling forecasts and budgets
Preparation of slide decks for presentation to management
Analysis of monthly P&L including variance analysis and commentary
Review expenses on a monthly basis
Ensuring that all financial targets are reached and that the business is operating in a cost conscious and cost effective manner; critical review of all direct costs.
Business Support & Client Management:
Support CFO with analytics
Interaction with a global network of internal stakeholders from finance and non-finance backgrounds.
Development of Management Reporting
Report consolidation and standardization
Applying consistent standards, methods and processes across multiple regions and divisions
Enhancement of our internal quality assurance and controls framework
Candidate Requirements
Bachelors degree or the international equivalent
Qualified Accountant (CIMA, CPA, CMA, ACA, CFA,M.com ,MBA,B.com)
Minimum of 2+ years post qualification experience
Financial planning and analysis (FPA) skill set
Strong analytical skills
Strong Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Very strong communication with professional English and interpersonal skills
Client relationship management experience
Experience working in a team environment for Global organization
Proactive at problem solving
Demonstrates good judgment making
