Job Description:
Taking inbound calls
Provide quick and effective resolution to the customer's queries.
Should have presence of mind /Customer Care attitude
Should be able to resolve customer queries and should be patient
Willing to work in Australian shifts (3am to 3pm) ,any 9 hrs shift & any two days off in a week.(can be split)
Experience in credit card process is preferred.
Eligibility Creteria: Any Fresher Graduate/technical graduates,undergraduate,dropouts can apply.
