Job Description :
Help Desk Technician will report to the regional IT Manager. He / she will be primarily responsible to all of the End-user related activities of APTEAN. The Helpdesk personnel will provide the first Level on site support on technical requests. Job requires receiving incoming IT support requests, scoping, documenting, provide solution or route to appropriate support group or escalate to IT Management. Analyst should be signed on to the phones at the designated start time and maintain a high level of availability.
The ideal candidate is a College graduate with the ability to clearly communicate to all levels of the organization. Excellent Customer Service Skills. Working knowledge of Windows operating system, Microsoft Office products, VPN technology, remote support experience and phone support would be an advantage.
Required
1-3 years experience in the Information Technology industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
