This position is for one of the projects in Services. SmartCallHome is one of the strategic tools in CSTG, Services which is a proactive service for customer devices. This tool has impact on customer satisfaction in terms of availability and performance of the devices.
Good communication skill, Understanding of Agile process, Networking basics (CCNA), Excellent Testing skills, Programming knowledge, Automation knowledge with atleast one tool, shell scripting, ability to understand requirements, develop test scenarios, execute, provide status and proactive in approach. With about 1-2 years of experience with a BE degree from recognized university.
